The Pretty Reckless’ Taylor Momsen Bitten By Bat While Opening For AC/DC
Taylor Momsen was bitten by a bat while opening for AC/DC at La Cartuja Stadium in Seville last week.
The Pretty Reckless frontwoman was performing the 2021 track “Witches Burn” when a bat flew into her thigh and bit her.
Momsen said she initially didn’t notice the mammal biting her, adding that she took an anti-rabies injection following the incident Wednesday night.
“So… ROCK AND ROLL MOMENT… in Sevilla Wednesday during Witches Burn of all songs… a BAT flew onto me and clung to my leg… in the moment I was performing and had no idea until the incredible crowd kept screaming and pointing… yes he bit me… so rabies shots for the next two weeks,” Momesen wrote on Instagram, accompanied by footage of the incident.

She added, “Thanks to all the staff at the hospital who dubbed me #batgirl after seeing it on the local news that morning… more footage to come… that’s one for the books!!!!”
